Canal Dream in Venice is an exceptional place to stay. Very easy to access from Santa Lucia station/Ferrovia via Ferry. Great quiet neighbourhood - with lots of excellent bars, Cafes & restaurants close by. Excellent communication by the host prior to arriving.

The apartment was great! Great location, just a few steps from the boardwalk (next to the sea) and right on a canal (you can open the window directly towards it). The area is very quiet and nice. The hosts have been great, always available to help via whatsapp and phone The apt was spacious and inside you can find anything you might need

Really happy with the accommodation. To me it looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable bed, lovely hot water and cute view from three big windows. Really appreciated the complimentary coffee, sugar and cooking essentials. Was also so great to have a washing machine. Things to note: - literally 2-3 min walk from water bus station F.te Nove (2 small bridges to go over so keep in mind with big luggage) - lovely quiet neighborhood (we came in Nov 2023 which was a lot colder than we anticipated, but accommodation had lovely radiators) - Some reviews complain about the rubbish and recycling but we have found that fairly simple, and they give you loads of websites and details about it - a separate company or person meets you with a key but they have great communication via WhatsApp and they met us here perfectly on time - stayed with my mother and we ran every morning and walked everywhere. Everything is super close if you enjoy walking. And all the major attractions are less than 15 min walk (if you don’t get lost) - €200 deposit that you get back 7 days after stay and small city tax that you pay on arrival cash or card (I think its €4 p/p per day)
