We had an issue with a radiator, but staff were more than willing to help us, mr Shepard were there for us for every request: corkscrew, additional shampoo/gel, knife, the radiator, late check in. Whatever we needed we had without any issue. I got sick during our stay and mr Shepard proposed a tea, very cozy place! The location is very comfortable.

Location was quiet, clean, at a reasonable distance from most tourist attractions. The room was rather small but adequate for people who intend spend most of their time visiting the town. Breakfast was simple, not exceptional, but sufficient.
