It is a familiar and cosy place, the staff is really helpful and the facilities are comfortable. Location is calm and easy to walk to.

I really enjoyed our stay. The place is cosy, clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are available 24/7. Breakfast is provided via vouchers at a nearby café (a 5-minute walk), which I personally liked, although it might be less convenient in bad weather. I would definitely stay here again, ideally in a room with a canal view. Mine faced the backyard, which was also fine. Two proper windows in Venice feels like a luxury. Communication was excellent, and it was very convenient to leave our luggage at reception after check-out.
