Cosy and comfy flat in very quiet and good location, easy to find. Close to water bus stop and fish/vegetables market. Good communication with host. Kitchen equipment is enough to cook simply dishes, comfy double bed. Clean bed linen and towels. Huge bathroom with laundry machine. Very fast and stable wifi, quiet neighbours. Easy check-in and out. Air conditioner was very useful because of hot days. Good value for money in Venice.

Very large and spacious apartment with spacious bathroom. The location is great and very convenient to walk around the whole of Venice. Mattress was reasonably comfortable, and it was mostly clean inside. For the price in central Venice it is very reasonable and comfortable. Fast wifi too.
