Everything was perfect. This place is simply marvellous. The view was really stunning, the location was great, everywhere close. Academia Bridge or Zattere Quay was really close (there are also vaporetto stations). The apartment was very spacious, full of light, well equipped, stylish, nice old stone floor (I would recommend to bring slippers), lovely beams with lead lights, two sofas in the living room and a big doublebed in the bedroom. Kitchen with oven, stove, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine (including capsules). Basic spice, suger, tea, soap, washing machine liquid, dishwasher gel also included. Washing machine with dryer, iron. The bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub with changing lights, which we really enjoyed a lot. Thank you very much for this wonderful time. We can really recommend.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a 2–3 minute walk from the Accademia vaporetto stop. The view from the window is wonderful — a medium-sized canal, a small bridge, and even gondolas passing by. It truly feels like Venice. The kitchen is well equipped with a four-burner stove, which made it easy to cook proper meals during our stay. After walking through the cool Venetian evenings of early spring, relaxing in the jacuzzi was simply perfect. This was my fourth time visiting Venice, one of the world’s most famous destinations, but this was the first time I felt that I could actually live here. This apartment made Venice feel like home.

The location was perfect, so close to the Academia Vaporetto stop, places to eat and all you could ask for.
