Everything. Perfect position for what we wanted. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Kitchen well equipped, 2 decent bathrooms, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. A lift up to the property which was a life saver after a long day site seeing. The stairs up to the bedrooms are not for the faint hearted or physically challenged but they get easier as the week goes on and you get use to them. The terrace would be lovely on a warm sunny day.

The location in Venice was great, the apartment itself was ideal, with tremendous showers, and the beds were very comfortable. We were not able to take advantage of the the roof terrace because of the weather. The owners were brilliant in helping us and making arrangements, which was greatly appreciated. The lift in the building was invaluable.

Helpful hosts. They were happy to book us taxis to and from the airport both ways and answered query emails in a prompt and friendly manner. They also gave us clear information about check in/out. The guy who gave us the keys gave us useful information and was friendly. Great to have access to the roof terrace. The sunset views were amazing! The three bedrooms (one double, 2 singles) were comfortable and very clean. The living room/kitchen were spacious. Smart TV in living area. The lift to the flat was very helpful! The flat is five minutes from the Accademia vaporetto stop and the Accademia museum. The boats take you to St.Marks Square in about 5 mins and the Lido in 15/20 mins. Other attractions are easily accessible on the no.1 route. You can walk to St Marks Square in about 15 mins.
