Historic location, away from the main tourist area so very quiet at night which was appreciated. Very comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Walkable from railway station which is always good if you are arriving or departing Venice by train. Supermarkets close by. Nothing to fault.

The apartment is in my favorite area of Venice, easily accessible by boat from the airport, with a number of great restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to all the sights. The apartment is in a quiet and gated area. Its clean, spacious enough for 2 people and had a nice kitchen (stove, coffee maker etc.). We had everything we needed.

Located close to many bars, restaurant and a boat stop but a little bit further from the monuments so you enjoy very quiet nights in a very touristic city. The studio fits for two people and is well organised, with one separate bedroom, living room with open kitchen and bathroom. It can be hot in summer but the bedroom has a proper airco system. Fabio was very communicative and helpful at our arrival.
