Excellent location, lots of small wine bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Not a touristy location at all which was exactly what we wanted. Great size apartment.

The apartment is wonderfully located in the beautiful Cannaregio district, inside an internal courtyard with a gate, on the ground floor, away from the bustling streets of central Venice. It was great to return to a warm and cozy apartment after a day of walking. It was unbelievaly quiet there.For those who come from Marco Polo airport it is very easy to use the alilaguna boat and get off at the Orto station- 5 min. walk to the apartment.The apartment is well aquipped with all you need.Always hot water and the heating is on all day long.Fabio was very helpful and available for any questions.For 2 weeks it was our cozy " home".One negative note: the pillows are very hard and uncomfortable..I recommend replacing them..

Historic location, away from the main tourist area so very quiet at night which was appreciated. Very comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Walkable from railway station which is always good if you are arriving or departing Venice by train. Supermarkets close by. Nothing to fault.

The apartment is in my favorite area of Venice, easily accessible by boat from the airport, with a number of great restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to all the sights. The apartment is in a quiet and gated area. Its clean, spacious enough for 2 people and had a nice kitchen (stove, coffee maker etc.). We had everything we needed.
