Location is amazing- legitimately 5 minutes from Saint Mark's. Elisa and Sara were incredible hosts, responding to every query and pointing us in the right direction regarding shopping and eating out. The air-conditioning (it was 30 degrees) was excellent and we slept soundly. Great value for money given the alternatives.

Place was extremely clean, host was super nice and the location was gold!! I dont think there is any better location for the money and most importantly experience you will find in Venice. Place was squeaky clean.

We had an amazing stay. The room is located in the centre of the city, everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was very good en the hostess was lovely.
