very nice clean updated big apt.2 nice baths, big sized rooms. updated full kitchen. large sitting area. close to sant angelo and Rialto stop. would stay here again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful! I let them know we were traveling with two elderly family members and four large suitcases, and asked about the most convenient way to check in. They were incredibly caring—allowing us to check in at the reception first, and even helping carry our luggage to the apartment where we were actually staying. The room and bathrooms were impeccably clean! We were pleasantly surprised to find some treats and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen. There were no issues with leaving our luggage after check-out either. Overall, the staff were super kind and friendly, and the location is great—just a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Piazza! The only thing to note is that there’s no lift in the apartment, which can be a bit tiring for older guests or anyone with heavy luggage.
