Excellent location in a neighbourhood with a local vibe. Good café, bakery, osteria and a shop nearby, everything you need to get your holiday started. Vaporetto stops are also near and the main attractions are also close enough to reach by walking. The staff were helpful and fairly easy to reach. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy to share the apartment with friends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a water taxi from the airport directly to the small piazza outside the apartment for €130 which turned out to be the standard fayre. They also were happy to bring additional pillows on request. The apartment is on the top floor and was clean, spacious and well represented by the photos. The location is pleasant, fairly quiet compared to some areas of Venice. Once we figured out the best route (via Rialto market) we could walk to Rialto bridge in about 10 minutes.
