Very helpful owner. Close to the vaporetto stations, easy to reach other islands in the lagune, but perfect also for walking tours. The price was great. Beyond our expectations.

An very cosy old flat. Very traditional, clean and comfortable at the same time. Very close to small cafe’s and restaurants. And walking distance to St Mark’s Square. Elena the owner was very helpful with local information and directions

Location was fantastic for me, very close to the vaporetti and centre of town. I love that there was a lot of space (living room room next to my room). Bathroom was nice and clean. Everything worked. There was air conditioning if the room got too hot. Nice view on the piazza, I had a first floor room. Bed was comfortable, tons of hangers to hang my clothes in the closet. I particularly loved that the rooms were furnished with old furniture, it felt traditional Italian/Venetian. I will return there the next time I’m in Venice.
