I liked the location first of all, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the room was clean, the terrace was amazing, even though located quite in the center and near the busy grand canal, we had lots of quiet moments on the terrace.

It was in an excellent location, close to St Marks and lots of other landmarks as well as easy access to and from St Lucia Station via the ferry. Excellent host very friendly and helpful.
