We had a very lovely time in Venice! It was the first time here so the location was very important. This hotel is very close to San Marco square and very close to the boats. Elena was very helpful, she gave us instructions how to get to the hotel and options where to eat. The room was like an airbnb without the kitchen. I was surprised by that. We were very comfortable. The windows were looking at a beautiful square with restaurants, pasticceria and small bars around. They cleaned every day and restocked the shower/shampoo and toilet paper. There were also tea/coffee and kettle in the living room as well as a small fridge.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and well run family business. Close to Piazza de San Marco and all the other attractions, as well as the boat services. Room was also warm and cosy.
