Wd were able to save because we cooked and the Carrefour is very near. Mr. Flavio was very accommodating and the place is safe and convwnient.

I have to admit that this was one of the most magnificent stays in Venice. Location & room - 10/10. Apart from everything being perfect, I want to highlight Glen - the man who served breakfast for the whole week. He is so genuine in what he does and treats the guests with such care. Every morning he we had small chats about how our trip is going & he remembered what was talked before and that made us feel very welcomed and warm. If I was in hotel administration or management team, I would protect Glen at all costs to keep him in my team.
