The wonderful breakfast and the helpfulness of staff, special mention to Greg at reception, thanks so much for the early morning take away box as we had a very early departure. Great having a lift as well.

We had an amazing room with terras. We escaped the busy crowds for some moments there and had a nice drink. The room is clean and i had a wonderfull time. Everything is nearby so i recommend this place.

The location was great, off the main path. The view from the breakfast room over the Grand Canal (and the breakfast itself) was unreal!
