It looks on to the Grand Canal. Breakfast great. Walk from railway in a few minutes.

Great hotel a bit out of centre but nice 30 min walk or lovely vaporetto ride. Staff were brilliant especially in bar / restaurant. Eating on the terrace by canal was great.

Close to the station and main Vapporetti service which is really great. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Can’t imagine what the smaller must have been like. The eating area by the water is nice save for the cover charge as a hotel guest that you have to pay if you just want a coffee or glass of wine.
