Sergei “Comfortable accommodation in a medieval palace”

Those who write bad reviews about this place don't understand where they are staying. This is not a hotel or even a rented apartment. In fact, this is a stay with a family, but you have your own room and bathroom. In this case, you are forced to communicate with the owners of the apartment, but there is nothing wrong with that. The hosts are very nice, educated, kind elderly people. It's interesting to communicate with them, even if you don't know Italian. There were antique furniture in our room, medieval lamps, and paintings on the ceiling. The common room was filled with works of art and antique furniture. I've only seen such things in museums and palaces in Venice. The balcony had a wonderful view of the canal. The room had everything you needed to stay.

Owner was old lady she didn’t understand English and when we arrived there she explained near one hour everything like how to lock room and when you go out so you have to put your room key in reception. No privacy because when we went out they entered in room for cleaning or something else they didn’t ask and no private bathroom and toilet. And many more things that we didn’t like.
