Very kind and helpful host. The location was perfect - quiet yet in the very central area. We had a private bathroom which was great. It was a very pleasant overall experience. :)

The stay was fantastic, we contacted the owner prior to arrival since our train wasn’t getting there until 20:50 and he stayed up and helped us find it when we got to Venice. Comfy beds, free coffee in the morning, hot water, nice bathrooms, perfect location. Not too far from the train station and you can start seeing the “touristy” attractions within a 15-20 minute walk.
