Good location, the owner was 5 stars - waited for us in the station to show how to get to the apartment, gave us some good suggestions, left us some food for a little breakfast, bottles of water, he was really nice - very clean and nice apartment.

GianFranco kindly provided us with video instructions on how to get to the apartment. Following these instructions, finding the apartment was a breeze. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a separate bedroom for the adults and a separate one for the children. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, and you can cook your own meals, thanks to the Spar, a convenient location just 50 meters away. The apartment is quiet in the evenings, which helped us get a good night's sleep after a long journey. There's a lively street nearby with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pizzerias where you can sit and enjoy Italian cuisine. We'll definitely stay in this apartment again next time we're in Venice.
