The host is very helpful. Patrizia was waiting for us nearby the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed e.g. little kitchenette, table and chairs for meals etc. Perfect place for a couple. The location is central enough to get to different parts of Venice.

The apartment is nicely styled and located on a quiet street. The main room is cozy and spacious. The bathroom has hot water, which isn't always available in Italy. There were two complimentary bottles of water provided. The view of the water from the window is beautiful. The house has an authentic Venetian feel, giving you a genuine experience of living in Venice.

The bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen were all incredibly clean, and the host welcomed us with great warmth and kindness. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the Rialto Bridge!

Location was great in a beautiful part of Venice but away from all the Hustle and bustle but very close to attractions.
