The landlord was lovely & kept in touch before the visit. We managed to meet up on time to exchange keys & check in - easy communication. Location was brilliant! Right at the centre, around the corner of St. Marco square - very pleased with our stay. The property was clean, spacious and private. Even though the city is loud and full of life, we didn't hear the street and had cosy nights. The bed was super comfortable. A convenient shop within walking distance (0.5km), for what we needed - food, drinks, toiletries like bodywash, etc. The kitchen was functional and we were able to make breakfast each morning - great. We loved our stay and if we ever come back to Venice, we know where to stay. Thank you.

Apartment was tidy and spacious enough for the 2 of us however the utensils and cleaning cloth seemed old and dirty so we didn’t use them. Close walk to Piazza San Marco the Rialto Bridge and restaurants. Owner was happy for us to leave our luggage early.
