Extremely comfortable beds, tea/coffee machine in the room and a small communal kitchen/seating area at your disposal. The Staff were helpful and personable. Great communication leading up to the holiday. Easy left luggage facility for day of leaving.

The room was nice and clean, all things were provided including towels, iron, body wash, drinking water, etc. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The location is excellent, in a quiet courtyard within an area of plentiful, good quality restaurants. The walk is nice, in all directions and it's an easy walk to the Bus/Rail terminal. Like all of Venice, the surrounding area is clean and there's a choice of shops, including a fantastic Spar very close by. The whole building is air-conditioned, clean and tidy. It's typical of Venice and although the decor is not modern, I found this simply adds to the charm. The room has air-condition, a fan, coffee machine, fridge, safe, comfy bed and a decent bathroom with a hairdryer. The host is amazing, I couldn't think how anyone could be better. There was water in the room, coffee for the machine and some little cakes. Clear, plentiful contact and information from the host and always quick to reply to any questions. Personally, if I return to Venice this would be top of my list.

Staff were very friendly, my room was cleaned everyday, contained air conditioning and a fan which was very nice to come back to after warm walks outside. The room was close to many restaurants and the train station. I felt safe as a solo traveller!
