The receptionist was lovely, so accommodating and friendly! We had another place cancel our booking when we arrived in the city, so this was a last minute stay. She saw us come in on our last day and called to warn us about train strikes as she knew we were leaving the city and wanted to make sure we could get out okay. The air con was amazing with the heat in Venice during our stay. The location was ideal, being right near the Rialto bridge it made everything very accessible. The beds were very comfortable.

“Really good location and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with getting around the city. Breakfast was nice with a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. The rooms were a good size, always clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected, with plenty of river boats nearby to access the whole city. Located right next to the Renata Bridge, there are also lots of restaurants in the area. We avoided the obvious tourist ones, as they can be pricey, but just a short walk away we found some fantastic, reasonably priced places to eat. Overall, a great stay—we would definitely choose this hotel again
