Staff were knowledgeable on local attractions and conversed in English very well. Very attentive to our needs and the room was clean and comfortable.

We hadn't booked breakfast so I can't comment on it. The location (two minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco) was very pleasing for the price. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is not to be underestimated when it's 32 degrees outside). The staff were also very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff very helpful. Location perfect, very close to everything. Would recommend it. Decor a little dated but spotless. Nothing was a problem for the staff.
