The property is 100 metres from the Cà d'Oro Palace on a small street called Strada Nuova, Cannaregio 4183, close to a shop called Benevento.Please note that the property is set in the second floor of a building with no lift.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the location is definitely one of the best to explore the entire Venice as it’s close to pretty much every major attraction. The rooms are beautiful too! It has a really Italian feel to it, truly Venetian.

Fabulous location and very central. 10 minute walk to/from the lalilaguna airport transfer dock. 10-15 minute walk from Rialto Bridge, St Marks etc. Loads of lovely cafes, shops, restaurants on the doorstep. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Perfect location for the ferry, close to the center and to the platform to reach murano. Easy to warm with the ac.
