Room was small but entirely comfortable. Bed was very good, there was heating in the room . Street was quiet but close to Vaporetto and Train stations. Great location.

The hotel and room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Ideal location for our stay, 5 - 10 minutes from the bus station, only one bridge to cross to get there. The hotel management were very good to deal with, sending messages every couple of days asking if we needed anything. Would certainly recommend the hotel to others.

A very clean and convenient accommodation in a super nice and quite street of Venice, less than 5 min from buses - really central and safe location! You don't have to struggle with luggage to arrive. The place is super cute and the staff are extremely welcoming, organised and professional! The staff or owners are very responsive to messages. The accommodation provides super easy options for self-check-in and check-out if needed. The street is quite and off the tourist passages, but right next to them - so it is ideal! Right outside a few meters away there are very nice bars, restaurants and breakfast places as well as an open market with local products! Also, there is a fridge and air conditioning in the room. All in all very welcoming, and thoughtful experience! Many thanks for the nice experience and the smiles of the people made my day every morning!
