Location was wonderful, so close to all major places you want to see. Staff friendly and helpful, canal view from our Junior Suite fantastic and it was great to find a bottle of prosecco on my birthday waiting in our room. We'd definitely go back.

The location was very central. Steps away from St Mark’s square and from restaurants. Close to the front to get the water bus and taxi. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
