Very friendly staff, even a pre stay email from Matteo with information that would help us. Breakfast was fantastic; we were up on the 3rd level and you could smell the fresh croissants from the moment we woke up. Location was good for us, it is a little out of the way, so was very quiet. Venice is so easily walkable so we never felt we were too far away from anything. Room was basic, but comfy and had all that we needed after a long day exploring.

Bed was super comfortable and clean - in a walkable distance to all the main areas. Right beside a canal - beautiful sun and sunsets Got the superior double room with a canal view - room was super spacious, big wardrobe, comfortable bed and chairs breakfast included in our stay - came very well presented and delivered to our door
