Very near to the Venice SL station so I don't have to walk a long way with my luggage. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is beautiful with a good view. I like the fan on the ceiling. Everything here meets my expectations of Venice.

Good location. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 1 minute walk from the boat Alilaguna stop. Room is clean and spacious. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient and the room was clean. The apartment itself is quite modest, but overall acceptable for a short stay. However, there is one significant issue: if you are a non-smoker, please be aware that the rooms have a very strong smell of tobacco. The smell was so intense that even opening the window did not help. If you are traveling with a child or are sensitive to cigarette smoke, it may be quite uncomfortable to sleep there.

Small hotel in a great location. About 45 minutes walking to Sam Marco square. Staff are super friendly and very clean there. Simple facilities, but enough. It's not very good noise isolation, but staff trying to be quiet. We were happy to stay there for 5 nights 🙂.
