Everything was perfect! Riccardo was an incredibly attentive and kind host, very helpful and responsive. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend!

I was genuinely impressed by this apartment: spotless, bright, and in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, yet in the heart of authentic Castello, with a bakery, fresh pasta shop, supermarket, taverns, and many other stores right on the doorstep. Being on the first floor with a private entrance was very convenient, and inside it really feels like a lived-in Venetian home: not a standard rental, but full of personal touches that make it cozy and welcoming. I love walking barefoot, and I really appreciated the wooden floors throughout almost the entire apartment; even the bathroom is recently renovated and well cared for. The bed is super comfortable, thanks to the topper. Riccardo was a very kind host, full of helpful tips. The apartment is right behind the Riva degli Schiavoni, facing the Bacino di San Marco—simply priceless.
