All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was immaculately clean with everything we needed and good air condition which was a god send with the heat. Great buffet breakfast with a large choice.

The hotel is charming with lovely decor and has a lovely atmosphere. A lovely breakfast dining area with good and happy staff. Great coffee and delicious grandmother tart.

Great, quiet location but close to good eateries and bars away from the main tourist routes. Rooms are very well equipped, in Moorish style, and everything is as new. Good lighting, power and charging points. Great bed. Front desk are accomplished and welcoming. I've stayed many times in Venice, but this is the one I keep returning to. A few comfortable chairs outside with bar service for relaxing alongside the really quiet canal. Silence at night.
