We had a lovely stay here! Very clean and spacious apartment. Excellent location. To improve: A few of the lights were not working and a tv would have been a great addition. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment with confortable beds and garden and street views. Great location in a quiet street and very close to Arsenale vaporetto station. A small shop for essentials is nearby, and the magnificent waterfront walk to the tourist destinations around San Marco is unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful location. Close to the vaporetto stop with no bridges so easy to get to with luggage. On a quiet street with a garden view--a real plus for Venice!
