Good location. Check-in and breakfast were in Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort hotel which has a beautiful rose garden just next to canal.

Great location with 6 minutes walk to train station. Nice reception to allow early check in for our convenience. Nice equipment in the room.

Everything was amazing. Room was exceptionally clean, beautiful view of the small piazza looking out to the grand canal. Breakfast was fabulous- great choice of food plus fabulous coffee. It is easy walk to everything on offer in Venice. Walking through all the laneways and over bridges was an amazing experience in itself.
