Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The location is exceptional, the hotel is situated right next to the Doge’s Palace, so you step outside and you are immediately in the very heart of Venice. The vaporetto connection is also extremely convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The host, Juri, is truly outstanding very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He was always ready to help with any questions and made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel itself is spotless. Everything is perfectly clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh bed linen, which we really appreciated. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

A hidden gem, - excellent communication from the minute we booked, ideal location, very clean and tidy, great breakfast that Juri made each day (we had omelette or toastie, alongside yogurt, cereals and fruit). Juri was helpful with which vaporetto to get, which stop to get off and areas to visit. We felt very safe as 2 female travellers staying here with the additional security gate onto the main street.

Excellent location just steps away from St. Mark’s Square, allowing you to explore all of Venice on foot with ease. The area felt very safe and pleasantly quiet despite being so central. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the communication before arrival was smooth and efficient. It was also great to find one of the few accommodations in Venice that offers breakfast at a relatively good price.
