Nice Location, central and quiet. Friendly Landlord, giving lots of good tips, incl. city map for better orientation. Generelly very well organized, including information upfront on how to find the way to the hotel, enter the premises etc., minibar with bottled water, ... List with selected restaurants, that are value for money. Little garden/terrace. Breakfast outside. This is not a hotel, but a private guesthouse in an old house in the ancient city. This considered there could hardly been a better choice. All is well organized, clean and prepared to make the stay easy and agreeable to the visitors.

It a great place and location. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view to the canal. The building itself is so old, but in a great state. There is a small park inside and it’s awesome to have breakfast in this park. The location is very convenient. It a quiet area and it’s close to a board station. The owner and personal are so kind and loyal. Thank you for your advices and all the details about Venice.

beautiful property, amazingly decorated with a fantastic location: quieter area + river view but also close enough to walk to and access the centre of the city. host and staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. they provided us a map and list of recommended local restaurants, allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, and the breakfast was extremely lovely :)
