Lovely bed and breakfast.Great location for access to Cannaregio area and water taxi stop on Grand Canal. Host gave us excellent information with dinner choices at all budgets, and advise on where to.explore Venice. Room was lovely, with comfortable bed and lovely canal view. The courtyard garden was lovely to have breakfast in.

This property is in the perfect place to explore Venice. Very walkable to all main attractions and close to Grand Canal. Also in a quiet location. The use of the garden is also nice for an aperitif and breakfast.
