The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the location is great (1 minute walk to the port). The breakfast is included and during the breakfast one can view the sea. The room was clean.

It can't be better than this..of my God...what a wonderful place to stay...just in front of the Lido terminal..the receptionists are like your own family members. Location: 10 times awesome Access to public transport: 10 times awesome Hospitality: awesome Breakfast: very good Room quality: very good

The amazing staff at front desk. Francesco (sorry for my spelling of her name) amazing efficient lady who did our check in seamlessly. Eugenio was amazing and gave us very helpful tips to explore Venice. What a lovely guy. Alice such a lovely and helpful girl Location was right in front of the water ferry station. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Location is nice near by boat main station. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Room is quit and nice good for family.
