Eugene “A gem of a place to stay in Lido, Venice”

Quiet and fragrant surrounding, proximity to the ferry, free beach and a wonderful Trattoria. It is in a residential part of Lido which makes for a special Venice experience. Of note, Stefano gave perfect instructions , and welcomed us warmly. We had the best restaurant recommendations and breakfast was stunning. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were new, clean and practical.

Very nice place, lovely room, very clean. Quiet area, not far from the vaporetto station. Stefano, the owner of the place, is an excellent host. Good breakfast.

Location away from main island but easy to access by boat. It had a nice garden but that meeds advertising. Good breakfast.

Everything. First of all, it is situated very close to the vaporetto and bus node in Lido di Venezia, Lido SME, so you can get anywhere in Venice (Biennale, train/bus station, F'te Nova, Burano directly). Secondly the apartment is spacious and comfy, we slept great (the area is also very quiet). Last, but not least, Stefano was an amazing host, answering patiently our billion questions about ideas for where do go or boat schedule details. The breakfast he arranges is also top notch. I already miss the apartment and cannot wait to come back!
