We generally liked the hotel and the pool was very nice with enave space for swimming there was also a kids pool with more hot water and its good for little kids to swim and play.The staf is also very friendly and nice to the quests.The hotel is close to the Centre of Velingrad and is comfortable for people without car.

The rooms are clean, the water is very nice. The swimming pool is big. The food in the restaurant is very tasty.

the swimming pools was very nice with mineral water. the staff was welcoming and the bed was so comfortable. nice place for a reasonable price. it is so near to the centre around 5 mins with car or 10 mins walk.
