The home owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms are large with a nice view. One of them was fully equiped with small kitchen box, that we found very useful. The hotel (Saint Spas, Velingrad) is located very close to the city park Kleptuza. The dinner (paid separately) was quite delecious. The SPA is certainly worth it (although should mention it is paid separately as well)!

the rooms were clean and comfortable. and the spa was perfect for relaxing and mineral indoor two swimming pools for both children and adults

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and the SPA facilities were great. The hosts were very helpful throughout and professional, they even prepared birthday baloons for us which was a wonderful gesture!
