Great person on a reception - it was very kind and helpful, very good communication with him, easy check in/out processes. He also proposed free parking spot for our car. Our room was very clean and was ready as we have agreed in advance. We had only one air conditioner, but it was enough to keep the whole apartment in comfortable condition as per our needs. Great rooftop place with perfect view of Sound and Light show at Tsarevets. Definitely would visit the place again during my next visit to Veliko Tarnovo and would recommend it to everyone. Cheers.

Everything: very good position, close to the fortress and the city center, the view from the terrace was nice, we could watch the light show from there. Underground parking available. Nice apartment, very spacious and perfect for us (two adults and a nine year old child).
