The staff was always there and helpful and polite. The pool is a game-changer - especially during the summer. The room was nice, but in old, old-fashioned style. But it was clean and the bathroom was completely new, and everything was working and present

Great location, in the city center. The breakfast was good, there was some variety. The staff was nice. The parking, which is very rare in city center. It is pet friendly, no taxes. Good value for money.

I was given a room with a wonderful view over the city. The room was large, spacious, clean and even had a sauna in it. There was a lift to get up there. The setting of the hotel is central to all the sites, but just off the main road, and therefore beautifully quiet. Breakfast was a generous buffet to accommodate all tastes and styles. This was the best hotel I have stayed in in Bulgaria. Thank you
