This is the best position for those who seeking city life.Veliko Tirnovo is so diverse, that Premier is a hotel easy to everywhere. The reception very welcoming ,little bar and breakfast in the morning. Very basic, but enough. The coffee is very good .Because still not season the pool was empty. The view from my windows was fantastic and I make a lot of photos. The room was spacious and clean ,the bathroom us well.

Very close to the restaurants and town. Has a relaxing pool and underground safe parking which closes at night.
