Highly Recommended We arrived at the hotel on the evening of January 5 and were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. Clean towels and all necessary amenities were provided. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised to receive such high-quality service at such a reasonable price. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is warm, cozy, and charming. It is a place where you immediately feel comfortable. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the reception team. As someone who has traveled to 11 countries, I can confidently say that these were some of the most professional, attentive, and helpful receptionists I have ever encountered. During the day, one of the receptionists kindly arranged a taxi for us and assisted us with genuine politeness and care. Originally, we planned to end our trip on January 7, but due to unexpected circumstances, we had to return earlier than planned. On the night of January 6, around 11:30 PM, we left the hotel to travel by bus. Unfortunately, the bus company failed us completely. Around 2:00 AM, we found ourselves alone in the dark, standing in front of a closed gas station, unable to find a taxi. The situation was extremely stressful and frightening. In desperation, we called the hotel. The night-shift receptionist, despite how difficult it is to find a taxi at that hour, showed remarkable responsibility and dedication. She made a real effort to help us, successfully arranged a taxi, and ensured our safety, allowing us to return to the hotel. Her professionalism, empathy, and sense of responsibility left a lasting impression on us. I honestly do not know what we would have done that night without her help. I would like to sincerely thank the entire reception team for their kindness and outstanding service.
