Excellent service with a free shuttle from the airport even for late arrivals. Close to the train station to Zagreb, very clean and modern and comfortable bed.

it is located right near the train station that is an easy way to get into downtown Zagreb. Staff was very friendly. There is a restaurant on site which provides food late into the evening. Service was fast, food was decent. It was clean but marks on walls and stains on carpet gave it the appearance of being a bit shabby. Price was good though.

It was very close to the airport. The shuttle service was very convenient (the frequency was very high). The food at the restaurant was great.

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond. There’s a restaurant on the premises and although I only had one dish it was delicious.
