Very helpful and nice staff, nothing was a problem. Ideal location - near the station, city centre and the beach.

The lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful, really great hospitality, thank you ❤️ the room was warm and cozy, especially liked the bed - very comfortable. I would suggest getting a hot water kettle, so guests could make their own instant coffee in the morning or some hot tea. Just a suggestion for the future. If we're ever back in Velden, this is our place, I fully recommend it.
