Perfect. Out of the books. This is one of our favourite spots to visit. The Boathouse is a sanctuary for our family to escape the city and enjoy the tranquility of Veldrif. The house has everything you need and is super comfortable. Our dogs love to run around in the spacious yard. We also enjoyed a little fishing and birdwatching in the huge tree in the yard as well as down by the water. The indoor braai was fantastic and the dart board provided us with hours of enjoyment as well. Lots of great suggestions from the host for spots to visit as well. Thanks Andre for having us. We will definitely be back.

The location is amazing, close to the river, the port and some beautiful trails. Our dogs love the yard. The house met all our expectations and was very comfortable.
