The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Mimi. They allowed us to extend our check out time. The location of the hotel was so central and easily accessible. Our chalet was very private and cosy and had everything we needed. The view from the patio was just phenomenal. The sunrise and birdlife were mesmerising. We will definitely be back another time.

we never had time for breakfast because of the conference times. But we ordered food from the restaurant which was well prepared and even got some discounts as guests which was a nice gesture. AS for the location of the Hotel well it was the best location easy to find and strategically located

The friendliness, efficiency and enthusiasm of the reception staff were exceptional and need special mention. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Right from our arrival our needs were important to them and we were treated like old and special friends.
