Location is great the only negative is no view or outside sitting area for the downstairs apartment but the apartment and value for money way outweigh this tenfold. Very spacious!

Home from home - all you needed. You will not find better at that price range.I suggest an investment in aircons in bedrooms and new towels. Otherwise, it is a wonderful home and location. Would return for sure.

Layout all around and homely outlay - tastefully decorated. Beautiful garden outlay and cared for by owner! Furniture quality and able to watch TV sport. Close to amenities and close enough to the wetlands for long walks and bird watching. Spacious kitchen well stocked. Indoor braai area with good chimney draft!
