Let's start with the general details: excellent location at the heart of Velas, all services you would expect from a small hotel, very cose to the ferries. Everything was very clean and even my ground-floor room had all the amenities you would normally expect from a hotel. On the plus side... I cannot enter too many details but let us say that while there I had a medical issue and the staff was extremely helpful and exquisite. I owe them a lot.
