Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was well lit and modern with warm french doors. Had to ask for the robes which were a bit stiff and the label did not identify the fabric. The bedding was all white with a lovely duvet. The large wall air conditioner was loud but effective. The 5ft deep pool and whirlpool were clean as were the change rooms. Impressive workout room. Room service was prompt, 15% tip was included. Fish and chips were excellent. Couldn't help but notice the ceiling to floor windows in the bar/restuarant were dirty. Event rooms were sparsley furnished but with the lights out, seemed understated. Awesome lobby light fixtures. Checkin at 3pm and checkout at noon. Only pet peeve was the sign at the side door warning of a $200 fine if the door was held open while smoking outside so I had to walk around the building thru the lobby in my robe to get back to my 3rd floor room. Overall I Would stay there again 👍

Location. Great that is was so close to the mall. The hotels restaurant was a great plus!!!
