10 min walk to subway station but be aware it is a 45 min train journey to downtown Toronto. Minimal traffic noise despite being surrounded by busy roads. Walmart and various eateries nearby but industrial estate surroundings rather than scenic, however perfectly fine as a base to stay. Hotel itself is fine and reflects price paid. Very clean, comfy beds and has everything you need, with an onsite restaurant and lounge areas. Overall a little dated but well kept.

When we land late afternoon in Toronro, this is a great spot to spend the night. Great ltlle Italian restaurant. Comfortable and clean.
