We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kalias Hotel, from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and full of light. But what truly made our stay special was the people, and most notably, a wonderful woman named Vera who works at the hotel. Vera went above and beyond in a way we never expected. She was warm, compassionate, always greeting us with a smile. On the day of our departure, we found ourselves in a tricky situation, our flight wasn’t until later that evening, and check-out was officially at 11:00/12.00 AM. We were prepared to wait out the hours somewhere else, but when we explained our situation, the hotel offered to let us stay in our room until 7:00 PM for free! Staying at Kalias Hotel was very good experience for us, good breakfast, good people and amazing hospitality. To anyone considering staying at Kalias Hotel: do it. And if you’re lucky, you’ll meet Vera too.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all nationalities and good Douwe Egbert coffee. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
