I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect,quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops. Panayota was a great host!!

The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the location is perfect! Right on the beach and very close to the center. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon.

It was a mom and daughter trip in June and we had the following criteria when selecting our accommodation: sea view/honest, caring host/safe/clean/walking distance to the main windsurfing beach/kitchen facilities/reasonable price/night (we are staying for a month). Dimitris' Apartment checked all the boxes. I'd like to highlight the host and her family are wonderful and had made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. The host, Panagiota, was responsive to the many questions I sent via booking.com, prior to our stay. She speaks excellent English so communication is not a problem. She is genuine, caring and pays attention to our needs during our one month stay. Panagiota and her family live on the main floor of the apartment. Therefore, they can and will attend to your needs in a timely manner. The room, the bathroom, the bed/sheets and the kitchen facilities and utensils are very clean. There is air-con as well as a ceiling fan. There is a large trash bin in the studio which is great for those who make their own meals. There is a freezer in the mini-bar-sized fridge. We forgot to ask if ice trays were available. The freezer compartment is large enough to fit at least a couple of 1.5L plastic bottles (horizontally). Utensils/pots n' pans are sufficient for 2 people. Kitchen towels/sponge are provided. Shampoo and shower gel is provided as well. They are replenished at each cleaning. The location is unbeatable. It is only steps or within one minute walk to the nearest pebble beach. And there are a total of 2-3 swim beaches nearby. The water is clear where one can swim with the fish! Within walking distance, there are couple of mini-marts selling all the essential items from beach gear, fresh coffee, fruits and grocery items. There is also a laundromat. After a short walk, you have a great selection of restaurants and cafes.
